Flat film

Our flat film machines transform flat film into solid sealed plastic bags in all shapes and sizes. It is the ideal packaging for many products: from granulates to potting soil. From rice to seeds and kernels.

Depending on your product and the desired speed, you will find the best solution with us. Essegi, our supplier, has developed installations for a wide range of applications. From small bag and low weight machines to flat film machines that can handle large bags and heavy weights effortlessly.

Net weighers, or volumetric doses, ensure that each bag contains the right amount of product. Depending on the type of flat film machine, speeds of up to 1800 bags per hour or 30 bags per minute are possible for large bags and 50 bags or more for small volumes.

1 Needs analysis

3 From technical drawing to project

4 Testing

All packaging machines and lines are first fully set up and tested at our construction partners using your product and packaging, the right speed and pallet load. Just as if the machine was already installed at your premises.

5 Installation, start-up and training

We carefully and accurately install your machines within the specified deadline. We then make sure that the line is ready-to-go and that the relevant staff can safely and efficiently operate the machines.

6 Monitoring and maintenance

We remain at your disposal even after the start-up of your installation. We monitor your packaging machine and carry out any necessary preventive maintenance ourselves.
