Valve bags

Valve bags are the cutting-edge packaging for food, feed and building materials. These are sturdy bags that can handle impacts and on top of that they can be stacked tightly. Different filling systems guarantee that your product is packed correctly.

We offer you various bagging installations for valve bags, ranging from fully to semi-automatic. The fully automatic bagging systems remove the bags from the bag warehouse themselves, open the valve, hang the bag on the vulnus and close the bag ultrasonically. The system monitors the correct balance during filling. The bags are accurately sealed and are ready for transport.

Semi-automatic bagging systems for valve bags are ideal for small production runs. The dosage is done automatically, but the bag must be put on manually. A shaking system ensures a good filling of the bag. Depending on your requirements, the bag can be automatically ejected or removed manually.
