The integrated Smart Data Gathering System enables the pallet wrapper to collect all necessary information regarding your film consumption. This enables you to adjust the film used for each type of load and to wrap stable pallets that comply with all the standards using the minimum amount of film. This not only saves you money, but also helps the environment in these times of excessive plastic consumption.

Limited maintenance costs

The TOSA 090 pallet wrapper has low maintenance equipment, which makes it very easy to maintain. For example, the motors are at the bottom of the machine, so that they are easy to access when conducting maintenance. We also use maintenance-free toothed belts instead of chains.

Clear operation and sturdy motors

The TOSO 090 is equipped with Siemens PLC machine control with a clear colour HMI. A manual and training for your technicians are included. To ensure optimum operation, the TOSA 090 has SEW-Eurodrive motors, so that all movements are frequency-controlled.

Watertight packing
