Packaging line for plastic granules

Case

A fully automatic packaging line with FFS installation, robotic palletizer and stretch hood machine. In this project, the emphasis is on the residue-free packaging of plastic granules in bags formed from tubular film. The product is dosed by an “easy clean” dosing valve, directly in the bag. The filled bags are provided with a print by the inkjet printer and then stacked tightly by the Winner robot palletizer. The stacked pallet is packed watertight by a stretch hood, applied by the FB1000 stretch hood machine.
