The client required a specific packaging line to package chocolate drops into bags that are airtight yet not completely vacuum. If they would be vacuum, they would be too tight and stacking them properly would be challenging. However, the bags should be sufficiently airtight so that they would be easy to stack, while maintaining firmness without damaging the product.

Packaging chocolate drops in bags that are airtight yet not vacuum. More specifically, the bags weigh 10 to 15 kg and are made of polyethylene, a recyclable mono-material.
