With the Winner robot palletizer, you can easily stack bags, boxes, buckets, crates… with the highest precision. The different versions of the Winner can stack 250 to 800 bags and up to 2000 boxes per hour. Robustness, precision and ease of use turn this machine into a real winner. The installation can, if desired, stack products from several lines simultaneously.

The IRB robot palletizer is even faster. This one is suitable for stacking bags, but also boxes, buckets … And this regardless of the weight of the bag, ranging from 5 to 50 kg. With speeds of up to 1200 bags per hour, this palletizing robot is your fast, efficient and reliable solution.

1 Needs analysis

Based on your product, the desired packaging, capacity and required machine features, we get a good picture of your ideal packaging line.

2 Tailor-made proposal

3 From technical drawing to project

Your needs, the right machines and technical feasibility are brought together in the technical drawings. After careful and precise measurement, our engineers start the effective development.

4 Testing

All packaging machines and lines are first fully set up and tested at our construction partners using your product and packaging, the right speed and pallet load. Just as if the machine was already installed at your premises.

5 Installation, start-up and training

6 Monitoring and maintenance
